Refund policy

At Sticker Adda, we strive to deliver high-quality products with care. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be in the original packaging
Proof of purchase or order ID is required
An opening video of the package is mandatory for damaged product claims

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or made-to-order products
Used or damaged items caused after delivery
Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
